We miss our patients!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Due to the shelter-in-place order, we are only seeing emergency patients at this time. We hope you're all doing well, keeping up with your schoolwork, and taking advantage of this time for a little extra rest. And with spring underway, it's a good opportunity to spend a little time outside.

We continue to be here for you
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Even though we can't see our patients for routine appointments during the pandemic, Drs. Hayder and their staff are only a phone call or email away. And if you have an urgent concern, or your child is having a dental emergency, you can reach Drs. Hayder directly at their emergency number (please just call our office and listen to our voicemail).

Looking forward
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We know everyone is trying hard to do their part and get through this tough time. We look forward to our community and our country beating the pandemic, and getting back to normal. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please feel free to contact us to get your kids back on the schedule. It's important that your children get any treatment they need, and get their important twice yearly checkups. Our practice will be ready to go once the shelter-in-place order is lifted.

How to keep healthy at this time
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Remember to do the following to stay healthy:
- Wash your hands often!
- Avoid close contact with people outside your household.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.
- Follow orders to shelter in place.
- Eat healthy, stay physically active, and get a good night's rest.
|
Keep brushing and flossing!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We want to make sure everyone keeps taking
good care of their teeth:
- Brush twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss nightly between teeth that touch.
- Healthy drinks: water and milk.
- Healthy snacks include fruits, vegetables, cheese, nuts (keeping food allergies in mind, of course).
Since there may be some extra snacking
going on at this time, it would be a good idea to get an extra brushing in, if possible.
We look forward to seeing
everyone again soon!
